Client Support Specialist & Dispatcher

Zar Electric is seeking qualified, professional candidates to join our team as a Client Support Specialist & Dispatcher. Responsibilities

• Convert incoming customer calls into scheduled service appointments
• Deliver all call scripts with an authentic and positive attitude; be clear, compelling, empathetic, and personable
• Conduct follow-up calls with customers about performance and job quality
• Respond to customer requests, resolve issues, and promote the company
• Be professional and establish customer rapport, encouraging long term clientele
• Participate in training to learn to build better professional relationships with customers and increase booking rates
• Adhere to the company’s plan for resolving customer complaints quickly and favorably
• Maintain and update customer database with complete and accurate information
• Follow up with customer emails and online inquiries through our lead generating systems

Requirements

• Must have a current, valid driver’s license
• Must be located conveniently to the Wake Forest area
• Must have minimum of one year of previous experience in a customer service role
• Must have obtained high school diploma or equivalent
• Must be proficient with basic technology, including proficient typing and phone system skills
• Must be highly organized in a fast-paced environment
• Must be a strong verbal and written communicator both via phone and email
• Must have the ability to build trust and demonstrate empathy via phone
• Must have an engaging and positive personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
• Must be motivated, dependable, flexible and have a great attitude

Details

• Employment type: full-time
• Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
• Compensation: $12.00 to $18.00, based on experience and attributes
