Jamey and James did a great job of communicating electrical issues with a home we recently purchased and went above and beyond in developing a quote that fit within our budget to fix them. Great work and was completely satisfied. I'll admit, I can be hesitant to book a company that seems large with advertisements I see while I am out driving, but these folks felt down-home and down to earth. Will certainly be using their services moving forward. Jamey and James genuinely cared about the electrical safety of our home and bringing it up to code.

The service technician, Braeden Stearns, came out and did a fantastic job with fixing our issues, performing a whole home electric inspection, and catching some potential safety issues. JD was great. He was kind and explained things to me without making me feel stupid. I apparently didn’t know how to flip an arc breaker correctly. He did the safety check and diagnostics on my whole house and did not try to upsell me anything! He did recommend some safety priorities, and I will definitely call Zar back when I can afford the upgrades. Who knew the gas line needed to be bonded and actually what that even means. I am extremely glad I called them.

I was extremely happy with the response time from Zar. I called and left a message and had a callback within an hour. DJ and his assistant came to the house and put on shoe covers when they came inside and listened to my questions. Then they completed an inspection and gave us a thorough report. They completed the agreed-upon work at the agreed-upon price. DJ was extremely professional and both my husband and I were extremely pleased. We will not hesitate to recommend DJ and Zar Electric, and we will call if we have any additional electrical needs in the future.

This is our annual checkup and we couldn't be happier. Austin gave us a full report on safety factors and explained what work should/could be done. We will review those things for future completion. He then installed a Eufy security light/camera fixture and he and Michael were terrific getting the app on our phones and helping us set it and direct it to fit our security needs. We are very pleased with the service today and only have good things to say about Austin and Michael.
