Very professional, courteous, and competent. Mikel is the electrician that came out and did the work. It turned out that some of my breakers were not up to code, so in case a fire were to damage or destroy the house an insurance would not pay. Now that the breakers are up to code, we are protected from an insurer refusing to pay if there is a fire. BTW I have also posted very negative reviews of companies that I think are terrible, so when you see a positive review from me it's real.

The service I received with this company exceeded my expectations. My technician's name is Mikel. Mikel was very professional and gave helpful information. He replaced the furnace disconnect in the attic and removed all melting wire. He also installed a whole home surge protecting device at the main panel. He did an awesome job! Thank you so much! Above and Beyond the Call of Duty
Technician Jamey did a complete replacement of an electrical panel that required Duke Power to cut off electricity at my sister's house for the day. Jamey contacted the county electrical inspector after the work was completed, and the inspector approved the work. After the inspection, Duke Power was late reconnecting the power line, and Jamey and his helper stayed at the house until after 9 PM for Duke Power to show up. My sister is an invalid and lives by herself. He was not going to leave her until Duke Power reconnected service. Jamey and his helper went above and beyond the call of duty, which to me was very impressive.
