What To Expect At Your Electrical Visit

|

When a ceiling fan stops working, you probably have questions before anyone sets foot in your home. We start by listening—what happened, what you’ve noticed, and what prompted you to call. From there, you’ll know exactly how the visit is scheduled, who’s coming, and how to reach us if anything comes up.

See the people behind our process and hear how we approach your first call.

Describe What You’re Seeing

The first conversation is your chance to walk us through the electrical concern in your own words. We’ll ask about the age of your home and what you’ve noticed—how long the ceiling fan has been out, whether anything changed before the problem started, whether it came on gradually or stopped without warning. The more detail you share, the better prepared we are before we arrive.

Pick a Time That Works for You

Once we have a clear picture of what’s going on, we’ll look at the schedule together and find a date and time that fits your household. We’ll collect your name, address, phone number, email, and the age of the home so everything is ready when the technician heads your way.

Know Who’s Showing Up

Our technicians are certified, drug tested, and background checked, and they travel in fully stocked trucks so work can begin as soon as they arrive. Before the appointment, we’ll tell you who to expect, so there’s no guessing when someone knocks on your door.

Decide About the Safety Inspection

During the initial conversation, we can walk you through the complimentary safety inspection. You can decide right then whether you’d like it, or wait until the technician arrives and get a fuller explanation before making the call.

You’ll Get a Heads-Up Before We Arrive

Your technician will call on the way and give you at least 30 minutes of notice. That call is also a chance to introduce themselves, so you know exactly who you’re speaking with at the door.

Questions Are Welcome at Any Point

You don’t need to hold your questions for a specific moment. If something comes up during the process, call us and we’ll talk it through.
